The Magimix Gelato Expert ice cream maker prepares ice cream, Italian-style gelato, sorbet and granita using fresh ingredients. Its built-in compressor cools and churns the mixture inside the appliance, so there is no need to freeze the bowl beforehand.
The two 2 L stainless steel bowls—one fixed and one removable—let you make a second batch as soon as you remove the removable bowl. The three automatic programmes cover gelato, ice cream and granita, while the manual Expert mode lets you control the texture. The pause function makes it easy to add ingredients or check the mixture, and the paddle stops automatically when the programme is complete.
When the programme ends, the keep-cool function keeps the dessert cold for up to two hours. The bowls are BPA-free, the appliance is made in Italy, and spare parts are available for 10 years.
