It installs easily, just requires a little attention.

There is a video on YouTube that shows the general installation idea but I will add some extra tips.

    1) Check the back of the box depending on which way your window opens to see which part of the lock should go on the left or right.

    2) Check the thickness of the profile to determine which screws you will use.

    3) Even if the windows seem to be level, you will most likely need to place a spacer at the base of the bolts so that the bolts close properly. Choose the appropriate one so that the bolts go in the middle of the other part's slot.

    4) Hold the base of the bolt on the fixed window or frame with your hand and mark from the middle hole.

    5) Pre-drill with a 2.5mm drill bit.

    6) Screw the base with one screw and then straighten the base by hand and drill the remaining holes as close to the center as possible.

    7) Make the holes without spacers even if you need them for a good fit for convenience.

    8) Once finished, put the spacers and screw the base.

    9) Once the base is ready, put the bolts in and close the right part onto the bolts.

    10) Use tape to stick the second part in the desired position for easier drilling.

    11) Lightly screw in the two middle screws so it doesn't move and gradually screw them all in tightly.

    12) If for some reason you want to remove the bolts, there are notches on the bolts that have small wire clips; with a little pull, they release the bolts.
