It is very good! It is big and can comfortably accommodate four people. It cooks quickly and cleans easily. It would be good to use a plastic or wooden spoon.

I bought it for general cooking since I don't have an electric stove and the alternatives I tried (standalone electric hot plate, gas burner) were not satisfactory (the hot plate was extremely slow, the gas burner was impractical and dangerous).
I didn't want it as an alternative frying pan but more as a small saucepan, which unfortunately is not available at a reasonable price, so I chose this as the smallest option available.
The thermostat is a joke, it doesn't adjust the intensity but the time, its resistance will either work at full power or be off, and the thermostat only adjusts (or would like to) the time relationship between the two. However, it doesn't even do that correctly, resulting in constantly having to be on top of it and constantly adjusting the switch.
The fact that the "thermostat" is simply a poorly designed on/off switch with only one real function, maximum or off, means that you have to be constantly monitoring it because even at the lowest "intensity" it burns everything. In general, it heats up quickly but especially with meat, it can burn it on the outside while it remains uncooked on the inside. Cooking with this device is a "battle" to manage to cook instead of burning everything.
The only usefulness I found is in making pasta since it cooks it extremely quickly, even compared to a regular ceramic stove. For other cooked dishes, I don't consider it suitable for small portions due to its size, but for a family, it might work.
Fried foods are a hassle and 90% of them come out burnt on the surface and uncooked on the inside. Especially for frying, the oil it requires is a very poor choice anyway.
Cleaning it is also a big hassle since it is large and does not have a removable interior.
Overall, for what it is, I don't think it's worth more than 15 euros.
Το πήρα για γενικό μαγείρεμα αφού δεν έχω ηλεκτρική κουζίνα και οι εναλλακτικές που δοκίμασα (αυτόνομο ηλεκτρικό μάτι, γκαζάκι) δεν ήταν ικανοποιητικές (εξαιρετικά αργό το μάτι, ασύμφορο και επικίνδυνο το γκαζάκι),
Δεν το ήθελα ως εναλλακτικό τηγάνι αλλά περισσότερο ως μικρή κατσαρόλα όπου δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει σε λογική τιμή οπότε επέλεξα αυτό ως το μικρότερο διαθέσιμο.
Ο θερμοστάτης είναι για κλάματα, δεν ρυθμίζει την ένταση αλλά τον χρόνο, η αντίσταση του ή θα δουλεύει φουλ ή θα είναι κλειστή και ο θερμοστάτης ρυθμίζει (θα ήθελε) μόνο τη σχέση χρόνου μεταξύ τον δύο. Τελικά όμως ούτε αυτό το κάνει σωστά με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να είσαι συνέχεια από πάνω και να ρυθμίζεις τον διακόπτη συνεχώς.
Το γεγονός ότι ο "θερμοστάτης" είναι απλά ένα κακοσχεδιασμένο on/off με μόνη ουσιαστική λειτουργία maximum ή off έχει ώς αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να είσαι απο πάνω γιατί ακόμα και στη χαμηλότερη "ένταση" τα καίει όλα. Γενικώς ψήνει γρήγορα αλλά ειδικά κρέας μπορεί να το κάψει και μέσα να είναι άψητο. Το μαγείρεμα στη συγκεκριμένη συσκευή είναι μια "μάχη" να καταφέρεις να μαγειρέψεις αντί να τα κάψεις.
Η μόνη χρησιμότητα που βρήκα είναι στο να φιάχνω μακαρονάδες αφού το κάνει εξαιρετικά γρήγορα ακόμα και σε σύγκριση με κεραμικό μάτι κανονικής κουζίνας. Για άλλα μαγειρευτά κατσαρόλας δεν θεωρώ ότι ενδύκνειται για μικρές μερίδες λόγο μεγέθους, για οικογένεια ίσως και να κάνει.
Τα τηγανητά/τσιγαριστά είναι ταλαιπωρία και 90% βγαίνουν καμμένα στην επιφάνεια και άψητα στο υπόλοιπο. Ειδικά για τηγανητά το λάδι που θα χρειαστεί το κάνει έτσι κ αλλιώς πολύ κακή επιλογή.
Το πλύσιμο είναι επίσης μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία αφού είναι μεγάλο και δεν έχει αποσπώμενο εσωτερικό.
Γενικά για αυτό που είναι δεν θεωρώ ότι αξίζει πάνω από 15 ευρώ.
