Just buy the Series 3. The only difference is support for the half baked Oral-B application and the gimmicky charging station.

Also be aware of faulty battery.

Charging percentage and fast charging is the only noticeable difference from the series 3. You don’t need to buy the Series 10 for those feature though.

The travel case can carry only one tooth brush. Cheaper models have space two. So much for “travel case”.

The motor and cleaning performance is exactly the same as Series 3.

Get the Series 2 if you just want to clean your teeth simply and nicely just as well.
If you have money to spare, get this one!

I haven't had it for even a week and the screen on the toothbrush stopped working. The only positive is that I can see it in the app and it still shows me the areas being brushed there.

It brushes excellently but it is not worth the money. The battery lasts one week instead of the 14 days it claims, the detection of the area you are brushing is extremely unreliable (basically it shows anything), the case looks cheap and does not support charging with USB Type C, which means that on a trip you have to disconnect the charger from the base and take it with you.

Easy to use, much better than a similar one from the basic series. One charge easily lasts a week with three uses during the week. The price is a bit high, but it is worth every last euro

Everything worked out well, it just takes a bit longer and the information is not as optimal as with German shippers - but the price and performance are unbeatable - at least with this order

Very good electric toothbrush, with a multitude of functions and excellent cleaning technology. The timer, pressure sensor, and smart charging base make its use really pleasant and precise.

For its price, it is very good, but—in my opinion—it is only worth it for those who can afford it comfortably. You don't need to "deprive yourself" to get it, as Oral-B offers reliable solutions at 50% of the price with almost the same level of cleaning (e.g. Series 6 or 8).

Overall: 5 stars for the technology, the feeling of cleanliness, and the quality,
but with reservations for those with a specific budget.

The toothbrush is good and you feel your teeth are clean, but you pay 250 euros and it doesn't have a protective cap or a head. You buy a toothbrush for 1 euro and it has a cap, and for this one I buy a plastic cover from the supermarket so it doesn't get filled with germs in the bathroom.

If you want white and clean teeth, I highly recommend it 10/10. For the incredible cleaning of the teeth.

Top toothbrush in its category and it has a range of features that if you're a geek, you'll love brushing your teeth! I struggle to find replacements in supermarkets, so I get them online. Its battery life is superb, and it comfortably lasts me 10 days without charging with 2-3 brushes a day, each lasting 2 minutes. However, the price is quite steep...

The brush is AMAZING. After 2 months of use, I went to the dentist to remove some black marks that my teeth had because I hadn't brushed them before, and the dentist told me that my teeth were SPOTLESS and that she had never seen cleaner teeth, and she only cleaned the black ones (the ones that were left, because even though they are supposed to not come off with brushing, mine came off by 70%).

As for the battery, its lifespan has not decreased at all because I naturally take very good care of it, keeping it as close to 50% as possible to avoid damaging it, and I have had it for over a year. After every 1-2 brushings, it only needs 5-10 minutes of charging with Bluetooth turned off, of course, which also wears it out and I don't need

Cleans very well and has enough battery life for about 15 brushings. If it breaks/you lose the charger, you throw it away. There are no spare parts anywhere in Greece. Only from abroad or imitations from China

Truly the best purchase I have made! Very nice aesthetics and design. Practical and convenient. The programs are very helpful.

Very good toothbrush in terms of cleaning results. Probably the best available on the market. However, after a year of use, it turns off by itself as if it has no battery even though it is properly charged. It needs a factory reset to fix it... but it presents the issue again... I am disappointed.

Huge issue with battery management. From what I see online and in forums, it's about 50-50 that you'll get a problematic piece. It works normally for a few months, and then it decides when it's at 40% or 50% to shut down, and tells you 0% battery, without warning or "battery critical" mode. The battery itself doesn't have a problem because if you charge it for 20 seconds and do a factory reset, miraculously the battery appears at 40% again from the 0% it was at half a minute ago. The problem seems to exist in all iOs with the fast charger. It's a shame that it hasn't been resolved with a software/firmware update. I'm on my second one, and I charge it immediately when it reaches 60%, I hope it doesn't break down and they tell me "you damaged the battery with constant charging"...

I got it to replace the Philips Sonicare 9900 Diamondclean Prestige, which is of similar price, and from the first day I got it, it had problems with Bluetooth, and after about a year it started having battery issues, until at 22 months it stopped charging. The worst purchase so far... The Oral-B, on the other hand, connected from the very first moment, has an amazing app for the phone that engages you to take care of your oral hygiene in many ways, and overall it already seems like a much better choice. Time will tell...

It is the second time that the battery has failed within a few months! The first time (model s9) it broke over time and they replaced it with a new one (s10), as it was under warranty. But even with the second one they gave me, the battery failed within just 8 months! For the amount of money they cost, it is unacceptable for this to happen. They should just admit that the models are defective so we can turn to another company. I would not buy any model from this particular company again. We pay 100 times more than the price of a simple toothbrush and we can't even do the most basic job! Unacceptable!

Guys, I bought my first one three years ago! Problem with the battery. I gave it a second chance and bought a second toothbrush, and in a shorter period of time it presented me with a battery problem again! It's too much money for this to happen in such a short period of time!

The connection of the Oral-B series 10 app with the mobile phone is impossible to be done. There is an issue that cannot be resolved.

Words are unnecessary. Of course, it is expensive and some may consider the price excessive for its purpose, but the feeling of cleanliness and, of course, the actual cleaning of the teeth differ significantly compared to simpler electric toothbrushes or manual ones. I believe any Oral-B from the iO series, generation 7 or 8, with a reduced price at this time, is a worthwhile investment.

I had the opportunity due to my profession to have in front of me 4 different categories of toothbrushes, with the most expensive one being the Oral-B iO Series. I didn't expect it, but the difference was clear, so I bought the Oral-B Series 10 for personal use.

I found it at €190 and it is value for money for what it offers.

The user experience is excellent and the app is even nicer, as it literally teaches you how to brush your teeth correctly or where you are not brushing correctly (yes, it has a sensor for which areas you brush each time!).

Mechanically, it is completely different from all other systems of other brands, even the cheaper Oral-B series.

You can easily find replacement heads at the supermarket and the wireless charging base is beautiful and well-designed. If you plan to spend €200 on an electronic toothbrush, I recommend it, it is excellent.

It is definitely very good, in Greece it is half the price compared to abroad, otherwise I wouldn't even consider it. I bought it to replace the Oral-B Genius X 20000 that I had before and it didn't prove to be durable (it broke at the end of the second year, luckily within warranty, they repaired it for me, it broke again within 3 months, they replaced it for me, and finally it broke again after 6 months). I hope it proves to be more durable.. anyway, the application still struggles to detect when I brush the upper left area.
Be careful not to drop it from your hands, even from a small height, for example when brushing in the sink.
I would like it to be more sturdy in construction to feel more at ease in case of small falls.
I did not experience any issues with the packaging as other users mentioned.
