Create beautiful high heels with the PME 9-piece Cutter Set! The heels are divided into various different parts that stick together to form 3D high-heeled shoes.

Cut in the traditional way or place them on the work surface with JEM cutters (Jem Roller Pad code 109SE013) for easy and quick cutting. The cutters are placed upside down, facing upwards.

Coat the edges of the cutters to cut easily and evenly with the Jem Petal Base or another material. Roll out your paste and place it on the Jem Roller Pad and press with your rolling pin.

You will always achieve a neat, clean, and precise cut. The finished shoe measures approximately 12 x 4 x 4 centimeters.

You can also pair it with the cutter with code 106M023 for different variations in the design of the upper part of the shoe and form it with the Heel and Upper Shoe Forming Set (Code 109SE051).
