The Neff Z1655CA0 baking tray is deep, rectangular and made of enamelled aluminium. The Air Fry function uses hot air circulating around the food to fry with almost no oil, while the Grill function is suitable for cooking meat, fish and vegetables.

To collect drippings during cooking, it is recommended to place a tray on the lowest level of the oven. It is compatible with compact ovens and 60 cm-wide ovens, but is not suitable for use in a microwave or with the 100% steam function.
