The Pavoni round pastry mould is designed for making ice cream and granita. It is made from Platinum silicone approved for food contact and withstands temperatures from -40 °C to 280 °C. It is suitable for microwave, electric and gas ovens.

Before first use, wash it in the dishwasher and grease it before using it in the oven. To prevent the mixture from spilling, place the mould on the oven rack or baking tray before filling it. Do not use it over an open flame, under a grill or on a ceramic hob, or with the CRISP function in a microwave oven. Dishwasher cleaning without detergent is recommended; do not use abrasive utensils. Do not use knives inside the mould.
