    Unacceptable! I had my little dog inside, weighing 7 kilos, and I was going down the stairs on the ship. The loop that holds the shoulder strap broke and the bag with the dog inside fell. Luckily, it was at the bottom of the stairs and only fell from two steps and did not get hurt. It is supposedly for up to 8 kilos.
