The colors in the shade range (Spectral) are perfect for achieving many different shades of a color. To achieve softer colors, use a smaller amount, while for bright, intense colors, add more. You can even paint with them using a brush by adding a little water, but for perfect results, add an alcoholic solution like dipping solution.
We have carefully selected the colors in the Spectral range to offer shades that other ranges or other companies do not have. Add to fondant in the same way as our other paste colors.
They contain a small amount of alcohol in the form of Propylene Glycol.
