The LIK system is used for the discharge of flue gases from condensing boilers and low-temperature systems with the maximum flue gas temperature at the appliance's flue outlet being 120°C. It is primarily intended for flue gas paths operating under overpressure and high overpressure. It can also be used for chimneys with natural draft.

Not intended for flue gas paths where soot may ignite. It is suitable for chimneys planned to operate in wet mode and can be used for flue gas paths from heating appliances burning gaseous fuels or natural gas (L., H) and liquid fuels (LOO containing sulfur up to 0.2% kerosene).
