The Matfer metal whisk has an elongated stainless-steel tube that prevents it from rolling along the rim of the bowl. The ergonomic Exoglass® handle with stopper provides a secure grip, while the intermediate grip prevents contact with the temperature of the metal tube. It is lightweight, resistant to bending and designed to prevent ingredients from getting trapped.

It can be held in different ways and hung from the knob at the end of the handle. The damper on the head reduces noise and vibration and protects the rim of the bowl.
