Personally, they bothered me and caused me tachycardia and migraines... I did not see an increase in my energy... I prefer Lamberts' omega 3 and in general all their supplements have never caused me any side effects... Mollers is just advertising, very bad products, I have bought others from pharmacies and it's wasted money.

I use omega-3 in cycles. But less frequently than in the past, because studies have confirmed that continuous use, even for many months, does not protect against cardiovascular risk. In this case, I bought it to complete the €25 order I had placed for other supplements.

After a month of using mollers I can say the following.
It has helped me reduce my coffees from three to one. (I don't need them because mollers gave me the energy and well-being that coffee used to give me).
It gives me incredible energy, I need less sleep and I feel refreshed when I wake up!!!

It activates the metabolism and with a little exercise you lose weight, the skin and body look healthy.
(For me, one capsule a day is enough, more is excessive)
