Respiratory Exerciser PulmoTrainer Respiprogram

The Respiprogram device is a breathing exercise device designed to assist and improve deep breathing (inhalation). Deep breathing helps expand the alveoli of the lungs and cleanse the airways of mucus.

Application method:

1. INHALE deeply, trying to lift one, two, or all three balls, according to your doctor's instructions.
2. HOLD your breath for 2 to 3 seconds.
3. EXHALE slowly through the nose while removing the mouthpiece from your lips.
4. Relax after each deep breath and breathe normally.
5. Repeat the procedure at the frequency set by your doctor.
6. Cough after the exercise to remove accumulated secretions.

You can use a small pillow for chest incisions.
