Results are displayed digitally across a range of 0.00–4.00 ‰, with a resolution of two decimal places. The backlit LED display makes it easier to read in low-light conditions.

The airflow sensor, protection against incorrect tests, and checks to ensure proper operation before and after each measurement help monitor the testing process. The meter also features an operating temperature check, an alarm limit exceeded indicator, an incorrect test indicator, and a calibration reminder. Its specially shaped casing makes it easier to hold.
