Preparation/Usage Instructions:

• For the best result, prepare in a deep fryer. Ingredients should be at room temperature.
• Knead 500g mix, 215 ml water, and 65 ml (55g) vegetable oil with a mixer for 5 minutes.
• Roll out the dough into a roll approximately 5mm thick and cut the donuts with the appropriate cutter.
• Let the dough rest for 25 minutes.
• Deep fryer: Fry the donuts for about 90 seconds per side until golden brown.
• Oven: Bake the donuts for about 12 minutes at 200 °C (180 °C for a convection oven).

Coat the donuts with melted butter and decorate as desired. With 500g mix you can bake 12-24 donuts, depending on size and thickness.
