The MASTER 45 cm platform is the ideal accessory for plyometric (jump) training and CrossFit. For more demanding exercises, multiple platforms can be connected and secured with Velcro.

The plyo box has an octagonal shape filled with very dense synthetic foam. The outer material is a durable vinyl cover that is easy to clean. There are four Velcro fasteners on the sides to stack multiple platforms on top of each other.
