The "Platinum Mold" series by Crystal Candy includes 20+ designs by Ray Esmany suitable for decorating the entire cake or the corners-borders. The molds are made from high-quality food-grade silicone and have dimensions of 35x8 cm.

To prepare the Sugar Lace Signature Blend, you will need:

  • 20 g (0.7 oz) Crystal Lace- Signature Blend powder
  • 115 g (4.05 oz) hot or boiling water
  • 5 g (0.18 oz) glycerin (1 teaspoon)

The preparation process includes:

  • Placing the powder, water, and glycerin in a bowl.
  • Mixing at high speed for 5 minutes.
  • Letting the mixture sit for 20 minutes before applying to the mold.

Coloring can be done with liquid color, gel, or powder. Spread the mixture in an even layer using a scraper or plastic spatula.

For drying, leave it in a warm place. Drying time may vary depending on the humidity and temperature of the area.

The lace is removed from the mold once it is cool. Store the ready lace in an airtight container to keep it flexible.
