Excellent VFM internal 2.5-inch disk conversion case to external. Very, and I emphasize this, very sturdy case and construction, the material is a combination of metal and plastic in the body and the respective covers. It immediately recognized the disk upon connection without any problems or disconnections, completely stable operation. It uses two USB ports (optional) for better power supply to the disk, but it also works with the main one without the auxiliary (this is how I use it to save the second port for connection to a flash drive, etc.).
It includes a screwdriver for assembly and four screws, and it also comes with a leather protective case. What I particularly liked is that as soon as you safely remove it, it automatically stops the disk's operation, something that is not easily found in cheap solutions like this one. I encountered such a function in a regularly purchased Seagate external disk, while in other external cases that I had previously bought from a well-known chain, the lights remained on and powered regardless of whether the disk was visible in the system, and as soon as you disconnected it, it made a small noise indicating that you disconnected it abruptly. Fortunately, these things do not exist here!
The only slight downside is that the disk plays (moves) up and down and makes a ticking sound, but it can be solved if you wedge a piece of paper with double-sided tape, as I did, and now it is perfectly stable. What bothered me more is that the light is red and not blue!
However, I overlook all these things because they are minor issues for me!
