It is a brown liquid and has the characteristic flavor of vanilla. It contains many vitamins, such as A, C, E, D & B3, as well as minerals like potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium. It is used in both cosmetics and food for its sweet pleasant aroma, as well as in aromatherapy for nervousness and stress.

Dosage: Up to 10 drops in 10 ml of oil or soap solution. Be careful when using oils in the bathtub because some can cause irritation.

• Dosage for foot bath: 4 drops in a basin of warm water.
• Dosage for body massage: up to 6 drops in 10-15 ml of carrier oil.
• Dosage for facial massage: 1-3 drops in 5 ml of carrier oil.
• Caution for localized massage: 10 drops in 5 ml of carrier oil.
