Welcome the new harvest with a unique Barley design! Create beautiful surfaces with the imprint that depicts the symbol of fertility and a new beginning, to adorn your cakes and cookies!

This mold is suitable for use with a range of edible materials, such as:

  • sugar paste
  • modeling paste
  • marzipan

You can use both sides of the mold to create either embossed or raised designs.

Instructions for use:

  • Knead the sugar paste or other paste until it reaches the desired pliability.
  • Roll out the paste to an even thickness using a rolling pin with rings or spacers.
  • Select the side of the mold design you desire and place it on the sugar paste.
  • Holding a sugar paste smoother, firmly rub the entire surface of the mold, ensuring the entire mold touches the surface of the paste.
  • Remove the mold to reveal the design and repeat if necessary.
  • Spray your paste with a gloss spray to further enhance the appearance of your decoration.

Mold size: 15 x 30.5 cm.
