The pastel series colors are more concentrated than those in the Spectral series but are used in the same way. You can even paint with them using a brush by adding a little water, but for perfect results, add an alcoholic solution like the dipping solution.

The Pastel series offers exciting pastel shades, something different from classic simple colors. Simply add to fondant in the same way as the other paste colors.
