The pastel color range is more concentrated than the Spectral range, but is used in the same way. You can paint with them using a brush by adding a little water. For perfect results, add an alcoholic solution such as dipping solution.
The Pastel range offers exciting pastel shades, something different from the classic simple colors. Just add to the fondant like the other paste colors.
