Dressings made of foam material with an outer polyurethane coating permeable to water vapor. Its hydrophilic structure made of foam material with expanded pores quickly transfers wound exudate through capillary absorption, ensuring a balanced moist environment where bacteria and cellular components of the wound are safely trapped.
