Hydrofilm Plus

The transparent dressing with an absorbent layer. Transparent adhesive wound dressings with an absorbent layer that comes into contact with the wound without adhering to it.

With a semi-permeable polyurethane membrane impermeable to microbes and water. The transparency allows monitoring of the area around the wound as well as the amount of absorbed exudate. With hypoallergenic adhesive material, they are removed without irritation.

Uses:

  • For postoperative care of slightly exuding wounds
  • As protection from secondary infections
  • For sterile care of minor injuries

    Our doctor told us to throw them away and that it is criminal for these to be circulating. The wound needs to breathe and this does not allow it to heal. We were putting them on for 3 days and the wound was getting worse and not closing. As soon as we changed the dressings, it started to improve.
