Mix for producing hard ice cream with black biscuit flavor in a 500-gram package, without using an ice cream maker, with a mixer.

• Dosage: For 225 grams of mix, add 500 grams of light milk.
• Preparation instructions: Gradually dissolve the mix in the milk and blend at high speed for 2-3 minutes. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for about 45 minutes to mature. Beat it at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fill the containers and place them in the freezer to firm up.
• Serving: Served at -12°C, so about 5 minutes after removing from the freezer.
• Storage: In a shaded and cool place.
