- Dosage: 225 grams of mixture with 500 grams of light milk.
- Preparation Instructions: Gradually dissolve the mixture into the milk and whip at high speeds for 2-3 minutes. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for about 45 minutes to mature. Then, beat it at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fill into containers and put in the freezer for hardening.
- Serving: Serve at -12°C, so about 5 minutes after removing from the freezer.
- Storage: In a shaded and cool place.
