Good but extremely expensive as a mask! Fortunately, there are spare parts on a foreign platform for very little money, so I avoid having to buy a new mask!

Excellent mask, better than the Yuwell YF-02 (I have been using it for over a year) though at double the price. Its silicone is thinner and the design is better, resulting in comfort, fewer leaks (I use it at pressures 4-12), and less noise. The only comment concerns the factory strap, which has no elasticity at all; I replaced it with straps from a Chinese e-shop (which also fit the Yuwell YF-02) that have elasticity and further help with comfort and fit. I have been using the mask for almost 2 months, so I cannot comment on its durability. Update 10/4/26: I have also bought a replacement cushion and use them alternately; so far, no problems

Bad design, poor construction quality. Within 6 months, the scratches come off, you have to search for the clips, and the silicone is useless.

After one year, the headband breaks, the scratches come off, and the mask comes off during sleep!

I use the N20 RES MED and decided to try the full face mask and chose the F20 size M according to the company's measuring device, but for me it didn't fit properly. It had a significant leak on both sides of my mouth, resulting in unbearable and nightmarish sleep. After the store's recommendation, I tried the F30I size WIDE, which is wider in the mouth area and fits without leaks. If your mouth is larger than 5.5 centimeters [measurement with mouth closed in front of a mirror from one edge to the other], you need the WIDE size. This size is not mentioned anywhere, and I don't know why. So, be careful when ordering through the website because if the size is not correct, the whole treatment is canceled. As for the construction, the bottom part is very thin and long nails can tear it during washing. The BMC F5 has better silicone and costs half the price. Good sleep and quality.

Good mask with good fit but... the silicone on the bottom is very thin. Within the first trimester of use, while sleeping on top, I tried to adjust it on my chin and it created a hole where there is no way to prevent air leakage. So it is now useless. The company not only said they won't replace it, but also that they don't have spare parts and suggested I buy a new one. I told them that others have them. The purchase cost was 120€ and the replacement part costs between 65-75€. Now I'm considering the N20, which costs 44€

At first, everything was fine, but after 3 months it started to turn yellow and lose air, resulting in needing to tighten it a lot to keep the air in, leaving marks and lines on the face.
In the summer, you sweat and throw it away while sleeping.
I replaced it with a nasal one, we'll see how it goes and I'll let you know my impressions. Thank you
