Use lukewarm or warm water during shampooing to open the hair's pores and allow for complete absorption of the product.

After lightly towel-drying your hair, apply approximately two handfuls of the mask to the freshly washed hair, focusing mainly from the middle to the ends. Let the mask sit for at least 5 minutes, and using a warm towel will enhance the results. After this time, rinse carefully with lukewarm or cold water to "lock in" the nutrients.
