The PLA-plus plastic variant has slightly greater hardness and strength than regular PLA and is environmentally friendly.

PLA filament is one of the two most popular materials for 3D printing using FDM technology. PLA is derived from natural ingredients such as corn starch or sugar cane and does not emit as harmful fumes during printing, making it safe for use in spaces with people, such as schools. However, ventilation of the space is required during printing.
