On the positive side, they don’t have glucose but only what someone needs when exercising intensely, either at work or while working out. Ingredients: Na, K, Cl, for dehydration, and vitamins B6, B9, B12, vitamin C, and a little caffeine. They are among the healthiest electrolytes (I can feel it in my body since I have tried others too). On the negative side, I only find the taste, which is simply a matter of preference. That is, whether you like lemonade or not (it also has a very slight coffee taste; others may not notice it, but it does contain caffeine).. On the other hand, it quenches my thirst much more during a workout that dries out the mouth, compared to other electrolytes, so for me, the taste is not that much of a negative. I am not putting the price in the negatives, because not only do you get what you pay for, but here we are talking about a product that you need for your health, so cheap solutions will contain sugar (glucose), with all that this entails for your health and your teeth.. Definitely my favorite electrolytes!

Στα αρνητικά βρίσκω μόνο τη γεύση,που απλά είναι θέμα γούστου.Δηλαδή αν σ'αρέσει η λεμονάδα ή όχι (έχει και μια ελάχιστη γεύση καφέ,άλλοι μπορεί να μη τη καταλάβουν αλλά όντως περιέχει και καφεΐνη)..Από την άλλη, με ξεδιψάει πιο πολύ κατά τη διάρκεια της προπόνησης που στεγνώνει το στόμα, σε σύγκριση με άλλους ηλεκτρολύτες, οπότε για εμένα, δεν είναι και τόσο αρνητικό η γεύση.Τη τιμή, δε τη βάζω στα αρνητικά, γιατί όχι μόνο ότι δώσεις παίρνεις, αλλά εδώ μιλάμε για προϊόν που το έχεις ανάγκη για την υγεία σου, οπότε φτηνές λύσεις,θα περιέχουν ζάχαρη (γλυκόζη), με ότι συνεπάγεται για την υγεία και τα δόντια σας..
