Instructions for use:

As a warm compress:

• In a microwave: 300-600W for a maximum of 1 minute
• In a conventional oven: up to 120°C for about 4 minutes
• On a radiator until sufficiently warm

As a cold compress:

• Place the heating pad in a clean, dry plastic bag and leave it in the freezer for 30-60 minutes
