The plates feature a practical wide mesh that facilitates drying and cleaning after use.

For drying, wash and dry the food. Cut it into thin slices and spread it on the plates, leaving enough space for air circulation. Place the plates in a well-ventilated area, preferably with direct sunlight. If necessary, cover the food with a clean cloth or net for protection against insects.

It is recommended to turn the food regularly for even drying. The air drying time may take from a few days to a week, depending on humidity and weather conditions.
