New Violet Gel/Paste from Fractal! 30g

In the new series of Gel colors, Full Fill from Fractal Colors, the gels are water-based and offer a wide color palette. They are liquid for easy mixing in creams, decorative icing, and in mixtures such as fondant, modeling paste, and flower paste. These gels are highly concentrated, allowing the creation of strong colors for your recipes.

Main methods of use:

• Easily color any type of confectionery material.
• Mix with powder color for the ideal hand painting mixture.
• Add a few drops to your paste or cream and stir or knead.

Not recommended for oil/fat-based materials.

Ingredients: Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E1520, Thickening Agent: Silicon Dioxide E551, Colorants: Carmoisine E122*, Brilliant Blue FCF E133.

Average shelf life: 3 years from production. Storage: Protect from light. Contains: 30g.

Maximum dosage:

• For fillings: 5.74 g/kg.
• Externally for decorations, coatings: 10.42 g/kg.

Each color has its own legal usage limits per kilogram of ready mixture.
