I do not agree with most of the comments. It did not promise to improve your memory or intelligence. You take supplements that contribute to the proper functioning of the brain. Personally, when I take them, I feel more focused on what I am doing and it helps me in my work as my attention is not easily distracted. Anyone who wants them as a dietary supplement should try it without hesitation! Also, in order to see results, you must take it systematically. Taking just one capsule won't do the trick.

Guys, be very careful. I took them for 10 days at night and couldn't sleep. I saw letters and numbers, it did what the mind desires, it worked excessively but never rested, resulting in a panic attack, which I had never experienced in my life. Be aware, it's not a candy

    I am writing the review because they helped a lot. For periods of stress and studying when you need a clear mind, (for me personally) it cleared/refreshed the mind for 4-5 hours. In a very tired/exhausted state, 2-3 hours. Of course, you can also take a second one. Out of all the ones I have tried (3-4 different ones), these are the ones I would recommend.
