The lights stopped working as soon as we put the eggs in, we thought, maybe that's how the system works. Out of 55 eggs, only 11 chicks hatched with difficulty. We decided to put the eggs in a second time. We cleaned everything properly. When it came time to reset so the process could start from the beginning—nothing. It didn't reset the days, no matter how much we tried—the result was zero. Okay, we decided to count the days ourselves. But then the egg turning stopped as well and even though it showed the temperature at about 38 degrees, the eggs inside were cold. So the whole system broke down, after a week of frustration we threw away all the eggs and turned off the machine. Now we're looking for an electrician to see what's going on. The machine may look nice, but I do not recommend it.
