Thigh Compression Socks with Open Toes in beige color, right or left.

Traditional – medical compression socks made with natural rubber.

Indications (for Class 2, 22-32 mmHg):

  • Complicated varicose veins during pregnancy.
  • Varicose veins with mild swelling.
  • After superficial or deep thrombophlebitis.
  • After sclerotherapy or surgery, to maintain therapeutic success.
  • Chronic venous insufficiency.
  • After treated venous ulcer in chronic venous insufficiency.
  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) for the treatment of symptoms and swelling, to prevent or manage occurrences of post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS).

Product Care:

  • Wash socks daily by hand, or in a washing bag in the washing machine on a delicate cycle, at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees.
  • It is recommended to use the gentle detergent Sigvaris Washing Solution.
  • Do not use fabric softener!
  • Please do not dry the socks in a dryer, as this will cause overheating and result in static electricity.
  • Squeeze the socks between two dry towels and lay them to dry in the shade in a well-ventilated area. Do not place them near heating appliances.
  • Do not iron the socks.
  • Do not dry clean. Do not use chemicals.

Caution: Sharp nails and rings can quickly create defects. Wear and remove the socks carefully, preferably wearing elastic gloves. Do not cut any loose threads inside the sock.

They are made from: 70% polyaramide, 30% elastodiene (natural rubber).

Natural Rubber: The use of treated natural rubber ensures that the Traditional socks are highly durable and provide unique elasticity and stability properties for medical compression.

Measurements should be taken early in the morning, on bare skin.

  • cB: Ankle circumference, 3 cm above the malleolus (at the thinnest part of the ankle).
  • cG: Thigh circumference, at the fullest point.
  • AG: Height from the ground to the groin fold.
