    I received it on 15/05/25, Thursday. I tried it on Saturday 17/05/25 and immediately requested a replacement because as soon as the motor stops, it makes a loud metallic noise that is not heard while it is running.

    Update: The service told me that it makes this noise because it has a metallic motor and they can't do anything about it.
    I requested a refund because if I had known it made this noise, I wouldn't have bothered to get it at all.
    In the end, they replaced it from where I bought it and the funny thing is that, as if by magic, the machine now has normal sounds.
    Apparently, something was either not said or not known correctly about the model supported by the service.
