NaturesPlus HEMA-PLEX Iron Chewables is a dietary supplement in chewable tablet form, designed for easy daily consumption. Its formula contains iron combined with vitamins and micronutrients.

The formula combines iron, vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, folic acid, zinc, selenium, manganese, calcium, L-glutamine and plant bioflavonoids.

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body, the normal function of the immune system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.* Vitamin C contributes to increased iron absorption.*

Each daily serving of 3 chewable tablets provides 85 mg of iron, along with vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, calcium, zinc, selenium and manganese.

The formula has a mixed berry flavour and, according to the label, contains no wheat, egg, soy or milk allergens.
