Neotex Neobond primer contains quartz sand and enhances the adhesion of plasters and mortars to smooth or porous surfaces. It can be applied to cement boards and exposed concrete, as well as over surfaces painted with plastic or acrylic exterior paint, before applying polished cement screed.
Its resistance to the alkalinity of cement allows plastering even several days after application. Suitable for interior use.
