It is quite good for its price. I use it also for light jogging and it is just fine, you just need to be a bit careful because there is nothing to hold on to. The application it has is just fine with various programs. So far I have had it for almost 2 months and nothing has happened to it.

Wonderful treadmill. The noise is normal, the size is good. The remote control with the strap is convenient for start/pause, measurements, intensity, etc. I easily connected it to the urevo app to save the data, I found various challenges there which is a positive for me since I easily lose interest in exercise. I can say that I loved it, my feet didn't hurt even though I walked for 1 hour and 40 minutes, that's when I noticed that the time reset but the other measurements didn't. I also love the start and stop because it doesn't jolt me, nor are there any surprises. As for the 5-minute break, it doesn't lose the measurements but if you go past that time it starts over. I don't know if there is a modification of the settings, only that it gets software updates via the app, nor do I know if the calories it shows are valid. For my basic exercise needs, it is honest.
