If I could rate it, I would give zero stars! I have had it for two weeks and the phone doesn't even turn on! This is the worst purchase I have ever made, I didn't expect to get something amazing for this amount of money but I thought it would last a year, not just 2 weeks!!!

Purchase for an upgrade from an older Powertech with which my mother was super satisfied.

Problems she faced and did not like:
- Permanent message display "insert sim". I tried to disable it and couldn't. I even put in a new sim hoping I could disable it but it didn't work.
- Lack of external screen for time or caller name.
- Lack of 3 speed dial buttons (I used the sos but it confused her).
- No charging base (the previous one had a very convenient charging base). Now she struggles to connect the cable.
- Terrible ringtones and a lot of trouble to add new ones. On the Nokia 3210 it was much easier to set a ringtone.

In the end, she asked me to give her the old one back. At least I used the battery from the new one in the old one as it was exactly the same.

The phone seems just fine. I wanted it for an elderly person. It has huge, easy-to-read buttons. It is very lightweight. By opening the cover, you answer an incoming call. Many buttons can be set as shortcuts for easy use by people not familiar with technology. For some basic functions directly on the home screen, that is.

A fine phone for simple use by an elderly person who is used to a clam phone with buttons. The ringtones are a bit bad, and although it says you can add extra ones in the user manual, the instructions aren't clear and I couldn't find anything online.

I opened it today. It arrived very quickly, after 2 days. Loud sound, lightweight, although the quality of the plastic is not the best. The menus are not very easy unless you save 2-3 numbers so someone can call automatically without searching or typing. Time will tell... I think it's an honest phone for its price.

It is good for older people in general. A significant problem is that you cannot change the screen color and it is blue with white letters for the time and date, resulting in my grandmother not being able to see well. If it offered the option of a darker background, like her previous phone, it would create contrast and she would be able to read them.

I bought it for my grandmother and she is very happy. The screen is large, the buttons are also big and when you press a number, the number is heard loudly. The ringtone is also very loud and so far it is quite durable despite the times it has fallen. I wish it was available in white as well.

It is good for elderly people. They have a very loud ringtone, large buttons, and a good, strong earpiece. The only downside is that it has no storage capacity, not even for a low-resolution photo, so the camera is pointless.

for the money, it's fine. we got it for the child, when going outside in the yard so we can communicate. it does its job.

However, the text on the screen has correspondingly large characters and wraps, so many times the confusion that the buttons save us from is caused by the screen, since the number or word from the message needs 2-3 lines on the screen to be displayed. A positive point is that the battery lasted about a week after the first charge with minimal use, meaning if it is not heavily used by the elderly person it is intended for, they don’t need to worry about charging. On the negative side, the fastening of the battery cover and the layout inside, at one point the SIM moved, even though the battery had not shifted.

They replaced the battery after a relevant technical check under warranty, with courier delivery at no extra charge. However, almost 3.5 months after the service and the replacement, the new battery does not last even a day without charging...
