5 Functional Programs The watch case operates with four rotation programs, which can be selected using the rotary switch inside: 1. INACTIVE / STANDBY 2. Rotation to the right for 2 minutes, 6 minutes rest, cycle repeats. 3. Rotation to the left for 2 minutes, 6 minutes rest, cycle repeats. 4. Rotation to the right for 2 minutes, 6 minutes rest, then rotation to the left for 2 minutes, 6 minutes rest, cycle repeats. Rotation to the right for 5 minutes, then rotation to the left for 5 minutes. This cycle will repeat for 3 hours, then the device will stop for 9 hours.
