Very good if you manage to wear them, of course. I gave up shortly after buying them. I was losing ten minutes just to get my foot into the shoe through its opening. The little straps are almost useless. Maybe I haven't found the way to get my foot through the incredibly narrow opening!! Anyway, I bought others..
