I took it for several months. I didn't see any difference. I work out daily and it didn't help me with recovery, and definitely not with sleep as I often have insomnia. I will try something else.

I had an issue with tendonitis in my shoulder, I took it for 10 consecutive days and it went away; since then, I take it occasionally whenever I remember. I should note that I had first undergone treatment with a doctor and 10 sessions of physiotherapy, and it hadn't gone away.

Having used various well-known and slightly more expensive magnesium products (e.g. Troffocard), as well as other daily dietary supplements on the market, this is the ONLY one where you can really feel and see the difference in your rest and sleep. I bought them to support recovery during intense periods of physical/athletic activity. I tried, at first when I started, one capsule a day after breakfast (male, 1.93m, 86kg), and in 4-5 days I began to notice that my sleep was deeper and more 'continuous', I didn't wake up easily before anyway and generally never had any sleep issues historically, but the difference in sleep was quite noticeable. Personally, during the period I used them, I felt waking up was a little heavier and harder (but nothing intense). 5 stars though, as the price is quite competitive and perhaps the best value for money on the market.

It contains a large amount of Magnesium oxide (400mg).....which means very low absorption...I was not satisfied at all, and I chose another form of magnesium in my next purchase.
They don't smell and don't leave any unpleasant aftertaste. VFM if you want magnesium and they don't upset my stomach (of course, every stomach is different).

I take magnesium on a regular basis due to illness, decided to try this product, tests showed a magnesium deficiency, and I was taking 2 tablets. So I do not recommend it, especially if there are health issues.
