A book I was eagerly waiting to be translated! Magic, 7 demonic princes of sins, vampires and magical objects, loves and passions, all set in the regency era and with the magical pen of Kerri Maniscalco!

The story unfolds in the same world as the translated trilogy "The Kingdom of Demons," but it is a standalone read, and you do not need to have read the trilogy to enjoy it.

Camila is a talented painter who hides many secrets about who she is and her talent. Among the high society, dances, and aspiring future husbands, she struggles to keep her gallery alive in memory of her father while avoiding any mention of magic. Until she gets caught up in a scandal! On the other side of the world, the Prince of Envy receives an enigmatic note at his Court, which is plagued by a mistake of his, and he is forced to play a devilish game to save it. Thus begins the game, and he meets Camila, believing she is part of the trial and hating her for it. However, their passion and secrets intertwine in a story with an uncertain ending, plenty of spice, and tension!

I can't describe how much I enjoyed the passionate relationship between Camila and the dark Prince of Envy! Their schemes and secrets were amazing plot twists that had me reading with bated breath! The characters, even the secondary ones, were very well-written, the plot magical, the descriptions wonderful, and the almost 800 pages flowed like water! I also want to highlight the amazing work done in the translation.

I highly recommend it to you! ️
