The first stage uses a 5 μm polypropylene filter to trap solid particles, while the second features a Pure Ctop 2510-05 replacement filter made from coconut activated carbon, also 5 μm, to reduce chlorine and sediment and improve taste and odor. The unit operates without a separate faucet.
