The Pentair 2G Slimline water filter system is installed under the counter and connects to the cold-water supply via a tee, with a separate faucet on the countertop. The filter housing has a metal body, 1/4'' Quick Connect inlet and outlet connections, and fits 10'' filter cartridges. It includes a Pure LRC 2510-P5 replacement filter made from 100% coconut-shell activated carbon, with a filtration rating of 0.5 μm.

The filter uses Hydrophilic treatment for uniform filtration, with high adsorption and low pressure drop. It reduces chlorine, odors and chlorine by-products, as well as heavy metals, volatile organic compounds, chemical compounds, cysts and microorganisms measuring ≥0.5 μm. Replace the cartridge according to its filtration capacity or every 12 months.
