The Doulton Nitrate replacement filter reduces nitrates (NO3) in water using food-grade anion resin. It is installed as the first stage in a double-unit system, paired with an Ultracarb or Ultracarb Si filter. It is compatible with Doulton DUO HCP countertop and Doulton DUO HIP under-sink systems.

The recommended flow rate is 1.9 lt/min, and the operating temperature ranges from 5 °C to 35 °C. The filter can be used for up to 3 months, while replacement may be required every 4 to 6 months depending on the initial nitrate levels and water consumption.
