Falouinger three-phase 3x400V 2.2kW - FA-3H022
Purpose
Falouingers belong to the category of electronic frequency converters and are intended for the smooth regulation of the rotational speed of asynchronous three-phase motors.
Basic Functions
- The construction of the falouinger is based on an efficient 32-bit DSP, ensuring fast and effective implementation of advanced control algorithms for asynchronous three-phase motors.
- Capability to operate in speed control mode or torque control mode.
- Motor control based on field-oriented control (both sensorless and with speed loop), as well as control based on freely programmable V/F characteristics.
- Automatic slip compensation function and high starting torque (up to 180% at a frequency of 0.25Hz).
- Multifunctional control panel, connected to the falouinger using the "hot-plug" method, with the ability to store up to four sets of parameter settings simultaneously and easily transfer settings from one falouinger to another.
- PLC function – ability to program up to seven steps executed once or cyclically by the falouinger. For each step, speed, acceleration time, and duration time can be defined.
- High flexibility in programming the inputs and outputs of the falouinger, both analog and digital.
- Built-in RS485 communication node supporting the Modbus RTU protocol, allowing the connection of the falouinger to industrial networks and remote control, monitoring, and operation adjustment.
