The Pentair CT-10 water filter unit connects to the kitchen faucet using an adapter that lets you choose between filtered and unfiltered water. It includes a PURE LRC 2510-P5 replacement filter made from 100% activated coconut carbon, with a nominal filtration rating of 0.5 microns. The filter reduces chlorine, odors, organic and chemical compounds, heavy metals, cysts, bacteria, and microorganisms measuring ≥0.5 microns.

The filter housing has 1/4" water inlet and outlet connections, a maximum operating pressure of 8.62 bar, and a maximum operating temperature of 51.7 °C. It accepts 10" activated carbon cartridges and is made with materials certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 42. Replace the filter according to its capacity or every 12 months.
